Chills is a small social calendar for making plans with people you actually like. If something's broken, confusing, or you just have a question, we want to hear about it.

Get in touch

Email gm@jrog.ca and you'll get a reply from a human, usually within a day or two. Include what you were doing when things went sideways - a screenshot helps a lot.

Quick answers

• Can't sign in? Sign-in codes are sent by email - check spam, and make sure you're using the address you signed up with. Codes expire quickly; request a fresh one if yours doesn't work.
• Nothing in your feed? Chills has no public feed - you only see plans from people you're connected to. Share your invite link (Profile) with a friend to get started.
• Want your data? Profile → "Download my data" gives you everything tied to your account as JSON.
• Want to leave? Profile → "Delete account…" permanently erases your profile, photo, plans, comments, ratings and invite links. No emails asking you to come back.
• Inappropriate photo? Tap any profile photo in the app to report it. Reports are reviewed and the owner isn't told who reported them.
