Chills - Terms

Short version: be a decent person, your content is yours, and this is a small free service
provided as-is.
The deal
- You need to be at least 16 to use Chills.
- One account per person, tied to your email. You're responsible for what happens on it.
- Your content (plans, comments, photos) stays yours. You give us permission to store and
show it to the people you've directed it at - that's the whole product.
Don't
- Upload photos that are illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing - profile photos are visible to
connections and to people your open plans reach, and can be reported by any of them.
- Use Chills to harass, spam or impersonate people.
- Probe, scrape or break the service.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every report is
reviewed by a person as quickly as we can manage, and we remove content and accounts that cross
these lines.
The service
- Chills is provided as-is, without warranty. It may change, break or shut down;
if it shuts down we'll make reasonable efforts to give you a chance to export your data first.
- We're not liable for what other users do, or for plans that go sideways. 🧊
- You can leave any time: Profile → "Delete account…" erases your data
(see privacy for exactly what that means).
